Can I inspect the car?

Vehicle inspection is available at 29-33 Carter Street, Homebush, NSW. Inspection hours are between 9am and 4pm on Mondays, Thursday evenings from 5-9pm and Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm.For other times, to make an appointment, please phone us on 1300 362 536 or email customerservice@grays.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The vehicles may be inspected and started during inspection but not driven, all vehicles have a State Roads inspection report included, and a pink slip indicating roadworthiness.

Collection of Vehicle

If you have not arranged for delivery, it is the responsibility of the consumer to pick up the vehicle from GraysOnline

Pick up address: GraysOnline, 29-33 Carter St, Homebush Bay, 2127

Pick up time: By Appointment Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.

To pick up:

1. Email pickups@grays.com.au to book your pick up. You will need to provide your invoice number. Pick up timeslots are booked in 30 minute intervals. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to pick up.

2. Attend the collection address during the time booked with a copy of your paid invoice. A copy of your invoice will be on site with GraysOnline staff to assist in documenting the removal process. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your paid invoice along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Gray’s staff to release your purchases to the third party.
