Simultaneously grate and strain food with the Avanti Food Mill. Ideal for pureeing fruit and cooked vegetables to a smooth, even consistency to create delicate sauces, mashed potatoes, wholesome baby food, soups and coulis. Light weight and portable, it is constructed from robust BPA free plastic and stainless steel.

Included are three interchangeable stainless steel discs with thickness and texture. The Food Mill works with the spring-loaded blade pressing the fruit or cooked vegetables through the perforated disk, extruding a smooth, dense puree and leaving most skins, pips and fibres behind.

Easy to assemble and use, simply select the disc required, insert the blade plate and load food into the top of the mill and then turn the handle to create the desired effect. The easy-to-grip plastic knob on the crank handle turns the blades smoothly and easily. The featured serrated legs allow you to set the mill over a variety of pots or bowls making it convenient to use.
