Yellow tail Shiraz

While some Shiraz can be over the top, this wine offers some seriously easy drinking, even when the wine is young. Red fruits dominate the nose and mouth, but subtle spice and a hint of dusty tannins join in for good measure. A perfect winter warmer and yet surprisingly drinkable all year around.

Southern Constellations Shiraz is a testiment to what we have come to expect from Australian Shiraz. With fresh aromas of ripe red forest berries and sweet vanilla, the sweet fruit flavours on the palate are fabulously matched with subdued earthy tones and fine tannins.

Eagle Tower Merlot

Eagle Tower Merlot is medium in body with dusty tannins and lots of big dark fruit flavours. It is beautifully matched with lingering aromas of ripe plumb and mulberries.

Eagle Tower Shiraz is pleasantly spicy with fresh aromas of ripe red forest berries and vanilla. The sweet fruit flavours on the palate of this classic Shiraz are fabulously matched with subdued earthy tones and fine tannins.
