Our Diamond Label Merlot is generous, full and ripe with flavours of dark plum and blackberry set against subtle oak. The finish is long, rich and smooth.

De Bortoli Scarlett's Brook Cabernet Merlot 2018

Using fruit from De Bortoli's Riverina vineyards, this blend was handcrafted by Senior Red Winemaker Julie Mortlock, who has been with De Bortoli for over 25 yrs. Medium to deep red. Crushed leaf and blackcurrant aromas. Palate shows ripe red and black fruit with hints of oak and earth. Fleshy yet savoury with smoked meat complexity and a soft finish. A lovely easy-drinking red.

James Estate 'Estate' Shiraz 2019

Deep Crimson purple in colour with aromas of dark berries, plums and spice with subtle savoury oak. Medium to full bodied with generous fruit flavours and supple mouthfeel. The long finish is complimented by fine tannins.

James Estate Fern Hill Shiraz 2019

The nose features characteristic aromas of plum, blackberry and mulberry. The palate opens with a sweet fruit entry and leads to a rich middle dominated by ripe berries and a hint of pepper.

Curtis Family Vineyards Imperial Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

On the nose, it exudes lifted aromas of blackberry along with a touch of mint and sweet vanillin oak notes. These rich fragrances are followed by a medium- to full-bodied palate. A sip of the drink reveals juicy ripe cherry, plum, dense liquorice and subtle spice flavours. Integrated with silky tannins, these elements together make way for a savoury and velvety finish.
