Winery Tasting Notes

Dark red with purple hues the wine displays aromas of Lifted dark fruits of plum, mulberry with subtle spice lift of white pepper and anise. Juicy and dense primary fruit flavours of plum and cherry, hints of coffee mocha carry through with lush tannin and balanced acidity. The flavours are enhanced by subtle French oak flavours to further complete the palate.
