Stonier is situated in Victoria’s picturesque Mornington Peninsula. The first Chardonnay was planted in 1978 and Pinot Noir in 1982. Over more than 25 years later, Stonier has developed a reputation as a producer of exceptional Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Stonier Pinot Noir is sourced from a select group of hand tended vineyards located amongst the rolling hills of the Mornington Peninsula. The Peninsula’s unique geography and cool maritime conditions contribute to a highly distinctive expression of Pinot Noir, typically showing flavours of vibrant cherry to savoury plum within a fine tannin structure.

This release included the Windmill, KBS, Merrons and Gainsborough Vineyards plus 40% whole bunch ex W-WB. This has more depth and structure to its red and dark berry fruits backed by balanced and integrated tannins, the oak absorbed. Drink to: 2034

Stonier are pioneers of the Mornington Peninsula where they first planted Chardonnay in 1978 and Pinot Noir in 1982. Stonier achieve wines of the highest quality through continual improvements in viticulture and attention to detail in the winery. In each of the Stonier wines, Mike Symons looks for that extra degree of varietal definition and site expression. His aim is to continue to develop wines with a regional style, refined structure and seamless complexity.
