The grapes used to craft White Label Sauvignon Blanc were harvested from the estate’s own vineyard and pressed to tank. The juice obtained was fermented in tanks and treated with lees. The resulting wine features a pale straw colour accompanied by a bright emerald rim. The fragrant nose exudes lifted aromas of passionfruit, coupled with a touch of sugar snap peas. Vibrant flavours of kiwi fruit and passionfruit combine with crunchy acidity on the luscious palate. The finish is clean and balanced. Crafted to be relished upon release, this beautiful Sauv Blanc tastes amazing with fried dim sum, smoked salmon, seafood pasta and goat cheese.
