Alkoomi Wines is one of the leading family-owned wine producers in Western Australia. The estate is based on a 1220 hectare property, which was founded by Sandy’s grandparents, Vic and Netta Lange. They purchased the property in 1946 and named it ‘Alkoomi’. The company’s logo represents the unique Australian grass tree, Xanthorrhoea preissii growing on the property.

This stunning White Label Shiraz displays a deep red colour with purple tinges. The luxurious bouquet offers mesmerising aromas of blueberries, black cherries and plums, coupled with a touch of pepper and spices. These fragrances give way to a juicy palate filled with flavours of black cherries, plums and savoury oak. Chewy tannins integrate with these magnificent characters to end the wine in a refreshing finale. This enticing Shiraz has the potential to be cellared. It can also be enjoyed fresh upon release, served alongside peppery barbeques, cheeseburgers or roasted vegetables.
