The grapes for Angullong Fossil Hill Rosato were picked from the original ‘Grosso’ clone plantings of Sangiovese in Angullong Vineyard. It is a very attractive wine possessing a pale guava colour. The palate is delicious, offering intense ?avours of red summer berries and savoury elements balanced with fresh, zesty and crisp acidity. The fruity flavours linger on the long and dry finish. Serve it cool, but not too cold, as an aperitif, or pair it with a platter of antipasto.
