Extendable Rod Holder with Electronic Audio & LED Bite Alarm
Aluminium shaft with a short length of 50cm. Mounted on top is a plastic rod holder with an electronic device which detects the movement of fishing line across an analogue wheel. When a bite is detected, an alarm sounds and an LED light flashes. Supplied with battery.
When in use, the rod holder can be extended to 90cm and pushed into the beach sand or river bank. The rod is cast out in the usual way, then rested in the fork at the top of the rod holder. The alarm is switched on and adjusted for tone and volume. You are able to adjust the tone settings so as to differentiate between alarms when two or more are in use.
