Lemon Lime citrus blossom with tropical Guava, peach and nashi pear and notes of Fresh short Bread.

Palate

Lively up-front fruit with zippy length on palate. Chalky white Tannins add texture to the long-lasting palate.

Vinification

After must chilling and gentle bag pressing to reduce any risk of extracting harsh tannins. Careful attention was used to ensure the perfect balance of fruit flavour, Texture and mouthfeel. Using cool fermentation regimes to preserve the fresh fruit flavours and crisp acidity. No oak treatment.

2018 White Fusion combines flavours together that sing. Full bodied, full flavoured and full of confidence. A white to serve all year round, as the refreshing tropical fruits and lifted stone fruits linger with its long finish. Partner with butter chicken, spicy hot pots, salt and pepper squid or soft cheese.
