Our beautiful Prosecco is best enjoyed on a moonlit terrace overlooking the Riviera with a group of stylish friends. Or, just enjoy in your backyard with a couple of mates. With a delicate spritz and gorgeous strains of peaches and sweet flowers you will be singing like a soprano in no time.

WINEMAKING / VITICULTURE

The fruit for our Bella Luna Prosecco was carefully chosen from our Victorian vineyards. Prosecco is made using the Italian method where secondary fermentation occurs in a pressurised tank, the bubbles are captured and the wine is then bottled under pressure. This results in a lower alcohol wine driven by bright fruit and acidity rather than the savouriness of bottle fermented fizz.

HARVEST NOTES

It’s a wrap for another season and once again Mother Nature has dished us outa few challenges! Due to an extremely hot January vintage began a week or two later than normal, and once we got picking whites and reds rolled in at a cracking pace. White yields were lower than anticipated whilst reds were on par with previous years. Overall it was another great vintage with bright and fresh whites and beautifully coloured, rich reds.
