Colour

Pale straw and light lemon.

Nose

Fragrant and crisp apple and pear with a hint of delicate lemon blossom.

Palate

In an off dry style, this wine is refreshing with zesty green apple, grapefruit and lemon. Mouth filling and long lasting, suited to enjoy as an aperitif or with freshly sear seafood or Asian foods. Enjoy well chilled.

Food Pairing

Fresh seafood such as oysters, scallops and squid. Spicy noodle dishes, hot pot and stir fry. Cheese platters and pickled gherkins.
