Lifted tropical fruits and guava on the nose.

PALATE

Delivers fresh cut pineapple and honey dew melon for a zesty lifted floral front palate which then gives way to stone fruits on the finish.

FOOD

Serve with Thai fish cakes or Blue swimmer crab linguine with chilli garlic sauce.
