Limestone Coast Winemaking is a large contract co-operative where a wide range of Limestone coast winegrowers make their wine. Winery Tasting Notes

Pale yellow in colour with an aromatic nose of stone fruit and white peach, struck match and notes of creamy vanillin oak. The mouthfeel here is full and rich whilst the fresh stone fruit character and integrated oak delivers lovely flavours and a creaminess to the finish. This is a seamless and unapologetically flavoursome Chardonnay with ripe flflavours, freshness and a lasting finish. Pair it with roast chicken.

The Elephant in the Room wines are proudly large in scale and expansive in flavour. Elephant in the Room was created to give consumers exactly what they want – full bodied and mouth-filling wines that deliver maximum pleasure.

Each wine is sourced from slow-ripening cool climate vineyards in the Limestone Coast of South Australia and partially matured in French Oak. The Chardonnay is sourced from the coastal Robe wine region, the Cabernet from near Mount Benson and the Pinot Noir from an elevated site near Mount Gambier.
