The grapes are placed under the heat of the Andalusian sun where they change from bright green and yellow to deep purple signalling the perfect moment for fermentation.
• The range has also parted ways with vintages and is focusing on age statements. Matured entirely in sherry seasoned oak casks and 100% natural in colour, you’re in for a real sherry delight with this 25-year-old beauty.
