Organic Ocean Calcium is an all natural powdered calcium supplement, derived from Aquamin, a highly mineralised seaweed (red algae), sourced from the pristine Atlantic waters off Ireland and Iceland.

Directions
Adults – Take one 5mL level teaspoon (3.35g) daily.
Children – Take ¼ to ½ 5mL level teaspoon daily.
Take mixed with water or juice, sprinkled onto cereal, added to smoothies. Can be used in baked goods.
Indications
- Aquamin is rich in natural calcium, magnesium and 74 other trace minerals including zinc, iron and selenium.
- Aquamin is sourced from Lithothamnion calcareum (red algae), found in only 3 locations around the world including Ireland and Iceland.
- These red algae, during their 5 year lifespan, absorb essential minerals from the sea, giving Aquamin its unique, natural multi-mineral content. When the algae ultimately breaks down, it settles naturally on the seabed floor where their calcified remains are then harvested, washed, dried and milled into Aquamin powder.
- Aquamin is sustainably sourced and does not contain any added ingredients. Aquamin is tested for heavy metals to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards and is vegan, kosher, halal and non-GMO source certified.
- Aquamin calcium’s unique porous structure provides a large surface area for absorption, providing a highly bioavailable source of calcium.
- Jerusalem artichoke provides over 500mg of inulin (prebiotic) per serve. Inulin helps reduce pH levels in the gastrointestinal tract, making it more acidic. Calcium requires acidity to become bioavailable to the body therefore the interaction between calcium and inulin results in improved calcium bioavailability.
- Organic Ocean Calcium contains 924mg of calcium per serve (27.6% elemental calcium).
