Winery Tasting Notes

The perfumed nose shows strong primary peach and stone fruit aroma’s with strong creamy butter and vanilla oak characters.

The palate is complex, smooth and rounded with a balanced acid structure. It displays strong peach and nectarine primary fruit accompanied by creamy cashew nuts from barrel fermentation and maturation. The finish is long and fine with lingering fruit flavours.
