Delivery / Returns

Delivery

  • Delivery time frames will depend on your location, please check the shipping calculator to see an estimate of when you can typically expect to receive your goods based on your postcode.
  • We will send you an email notifying you as soon as your items have left our warehouse. In this email, you will find the name of the courier company and the consignment note number of your item as well as information on tracking the delivery of your item online. Simply follow the link and enter your reference number. You will then be able to quickly and efficiently track the delivery status of your item!
  • Your goods will be delivered to your registered address. We do deliver Australia wide except for a few remote territories, please check the shipping calculator to confirm delivery availability and timeframes.
  • Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Returns

  • You are entitled to a return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery. Product warranty covers defects and faults. It does not cover faults or defects arising from incorrect use. It does not apply to accidental damage, misuse or neglect. If your return is accepted, we will then send you a replacement product. We request images of defects and faults to be sent prior to accepting return requests. Any refund of the purchase price of the returned product will exclude delivery charges. If you received a product with free delivery we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.
  • Conditions of returns: The product must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition in order to qualify for refund and must be in a sellable condition. We require the product to be retuned unused and unopened due to Australian Health and Safety Laws.
