Directions: Add one sachet (35g) of Xantrax Diet Shake to 175ml of cold water in blender or shaker and mix until dissolved. If desired, more or less water may be used. Serving suggestions: Blend it with ice for an even thicker ice-cold smoothie treat between meals -just 137 calories. Blend it with skim milk or fruit as a VLCD alternative to breakfast or lunch.
