Panasonic - Factory Refurbished Products

This product has been refurbished and functions to Panasonic’s exacting standards. Some individual items may show signs of wear, such as scratches and marks common with used items. Warranty

Panasonic Factory Refurbished products carry a 3 month warranty managed by GraysOnline, where repair is required under warranty, it will be carried out by a Panasonic Authorised repairer.

You will be required to contact Grays Customer Support Team quoting your Invoice Number, Buyer Details, Serial Number and product issue. You will be required to return the product to a Grays authorised repairer (as advised by the Grays Customer Support Team) at your expense. The warranty does not cover misuse of product or software issues of any kind. All warranty claims are managed exclusively by Grays.
