The first release of our single block series of wines, created to identify the best parcels of Estate grown Shiraz in select vintages. Western Block 2 has consistently produced the most intensely flavoured Shiraz with great depth and structure and was identified as the best fruit from the 2019 vintage. 4 tonnes of Shiraz was selectively picked and fermented in small batch open fermenters, then pressed to new and seasoned French and American oak where it was aged for 17 months. Less than 300 dozen produced.
