Borgo Bello Prosecco 2020, Italy.

Colour: Pale straw-yellow in colour, enhanced by a crystal clear, crisp, lingering beading that brings out the exquisitely subtle floral aromas.

Aroma: Exquisite subtle pear, citrus, white fleshed fruit and white petalled flower overtones

Palate: Marvellously fruit, pleasantly-dry and superbly fresh on the palate, with a perfectly balanced texture.

Castalvecchio Chianti 2018.

This is a dry red wine made predominantly from the Sangiovese grape in Chianti, Tuscany, Italy with little oak influence.

Very clean, light fragrance.

Good acidity balanced with light cherry fruit and a touch of earthy complexity

Poggio Al Vento Chianti 2019.

Simple, pure, pleasure.

Nose has fig and cooked plum, with a bit of spice.

The palate brings more red fruit, but dried, and ripe plum in there as well.

All buoyed by great acidity and minimal tannins. Nothing complex, but you will drink it all…..
