Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz 2016 Barossa

Blackberry, vanilla and waffle cone with smoky peat notes. A complex palate of plum, blackberry and vanilla with charry notes and a beautiful soft finish.

Pepperjack Shiraz 2016 Barossa. SA,

The nose shows rich concentration of dark red and blue fruits, ripe blackberries, dark chocolate and rich mocha note. Hints of spice and integrated oak. The palate is rich and plush with good structure. There is a concentrated layers of blackberry, blue fruits and oak which is balanced with soft layers of tannins to give length and finesse while finishing soft and full of flavour.

Oates End Tempranillo 2017 Margaret River, WA.

The 2017 has a lifted aroma of cherries with a hint of wild herbs. On the palate it’s a mouthful of juicy red cherry and warm, ripe strawberry fruit. It displays the Spanish varieties hallmark tangy acidity and firm chalklike tannins,

giving it a firm but beguiling, elegant, dusty finish.

Peter Jorgensen Family Private Reserve Barossa Black Shiraz 2016

On entry the palate shows dark, ripe plums and maraschino cherries. The tannins are firm and gripping giving a solid structure against the sweet, ethereal spirit sweetness. Oak is well integrated showing flavours of ground coffee, olive tapenade and earthy spice. Palate weight is full without being aggressive and has great length from early palate through to the lingering aftertaste. It has the right balance of aging potential and enjoyable drinking now.
