Pays d’Oc IGP is attributed to a wine that is exclusively produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon with the label only awarded to wines that meet strict production quality criteria. This wine is a blend of two halves (50% Cabernet, 50% Syrah). The grapes are harvested at full ripeness to reach full aromatic potential and give exceptional length. Pair these fruity flavours with game meats such as venison or duck for a truly richly rewarding gourmet experience.
