The Hopz Vertical Jump Trainer from SKLZ uses resistance bands attached to your feet and waist to help you develop leg power and strengthen key muscles in the lower body. By doing so, you will maximise your height and distance when it comes to vertical leaps. It is ideal for a number of sports including basketball and volleyball, and is also a great all-round training tool to specifically target areas of improvement that are required in your discipline.
