Dual Action Belt & Disc Sander

Our Dual Action Disc & Belt Sander is built with a smooth running, powerful 375W induction motor which gives it a constant speed when sanding with minimal vibration. Despite its power, the Sander runs quiet so is suitable to be used indoors. The motor is housed in a strong cast-iron steel base and comes with a level die-cast aluminium table.

The Disc Sander table is fully adjustable and has the ability to tilt between the angles of 0° and 45°. It also comes with a sliding guide fence which can be conveniently adjusted left or right between the angles of 0° and 45°. This means you won t ever be limited in the bevel or mitre angles required.

This versatile tool also has a 100 x 914mm belt sander which can be used in a variety of different ways. The rounded end of the belt can be used to shape curved materials and the flat top of the belt can be used for large surface sanding. The entire belt sander can also be easily adjusted to stand up straight at 90°, lie completely horizontal or at any angle in between as demonstrated in the pictures above.

The sander is versatile in the different materials it is suitable for. If using the correct sandpaper, you will be able to shape and sand timber, plastic, aluminium, steel, iron, brass, copper and PVC.

The belt can conveniently be tracked and tensioned without the use of tools. Our Dual Action Disc & Belt Sander also comes equipped with a dust extraction port which is convenient for minimising dust and mess.

This sander uses standard disc and belt sizes which can be found in most hardware stores and spare parts for this tool are readily available from Swarts Tools in Australia wide.
