Grenache is the star here, holding a very fresh and spicy edge to the nose with some fresh, earthy elements, too. Winery Tasting Notes

A favourite of many of the cellar workers, this classic blend needs some time to unwind. The nose is fragrant, with intense McLaren Vale Grenache blood orange character, supported with ferrous and iodine notes. There's some initial fruit sweetness on the front palate, quickly morphing into a long line of concentrated red fruit and spice. The finish is tangy, with young, crunchy tannins, resulting in a wine with fantastic structure and incredible length.

Deep red colour with a tint of purple and a bouquet of earthy, vanilla, warm red fruits and subtle eastern spices. The wine is full-bodied and supple, with abundant soft tannins, which provide a smooth, fluent palate texture and line. A very appealing wine, which is well built but has a nice touch of fruit sweetness at the core and soft, fine tannins which have a velvety texture.
