Delicate straw in colour, clear and bright, the fragrant nectarine and nashi pear aromas lead to baked apples with lemon curd, providing a mouth filling palate which finishes crisp and refreshing.

Best served well chilled and perfect on its own or paired with risotto and rocket salad.
