Like many cutting edge sports equipment, WAU combines excellent ergonomics to extract human performance and trendy styling to elicit self confidence and satisfaction as you perform.
  • RECLINE-GLIDE MOTION: The back and seat pivot axis is placed close to the human's hip socket joint(acetabulum), such that there is no relative movement between the backrest and torso, giving a natural and constant-fit support throught the recline range.
  • GENTLE TO THE ENVIRONMENT: The design phase and material specification of WAU considered and influenced eco-friendliness and sustainability. Environmental responsibility need not compromise profitability.
  • MESH SURFACE: Mesh surface create a light and airy, yet technical appearance. Seat, back and headrest surfaces in a translucent suspension mesh, while arm-pads are upholstered with textile in a matching colour. This mesh is constructed using high-tensile elastomeric filaments that do not lose tension over time. A large 'waterfall' roll off means you can barely feel the seat front edge.
  • FABRIC SURFACE: Padded textile, warmth and coziness, as well as lending some organic texture. These models will have the seat, back, arm-padding and headrest all in the same colour material upholstered over foam.
  • ELASTOMER SURFACE: Colourful elastomer shells enhance the sporty and vibrant character of WAU. The thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) surfaces, created using dual-injection process, are soft and rubber-like, offering a new tactile experience. Prominent curvilinear slits not only create a visual impact, but allow the fitting 3D contour shell to have varying levels of elasticity tailored to suit movements and support required by different areas of the body. These models feature the seat, back arm pads and headrest all in elastomer surfaces of the same matching colour.

Collection

This is a pick up item. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pick up the item within five working days once payment is successfully processed. Pick up booking is required.

Pick up time: Weekdays between 9am and 3pm.

To pick up:

1. Email pickups@grays.com.au to book your pick up. You will need to provide your invoice number. Pick up timeslots are booked in 30 minute intervals. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to pick up. Click here for online priority booking.

2. Attend the collection address during the time booked with a copy of your paid invoice. A copy of your invoice will be on site with GraysOnline staff to assist in documenting the removal process. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your paid invoice along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.

Please note:

  • Purchasers cannot pick up until full invoice is paid.
  • Any items not collected within five working days from purchase date will be deemed abandoned and/or may incur a daily storage fee of $50 per day and/or removal fee.
  • GraysOnline staff are here for security purposes only. Please make sure you have people to help you load your items and right transport.
  • Items must be inspected before removal from GraysOnline as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
