Lifespan Fitness' MF 2000 BENCH is an excellent value for money workout station, allowing a huge variety of exercises ranging from chest/pectoral workouts, biceps, triceps and a total leg workout. It features a preacher pad, a lat pull-down bar, and leg curl and extension rolls. The MF 2000 BENCH is foldable and can be stored in a corner, allowing for a more spacious environment.
