This is a pick up sale. Collection is the responsibility of the purchaser.

NOTE: Due to current Victorian Government COVID-19 restrictions, collection of item is available only for customer who are residing under 25 kilometre radius from listed collection address (suburb / post code). If your residing suburb is outside 25km radius then please either contact vendor to organize delivery (customer need to pay freight seperately to vendor) or do not bid on item.

Pickup dates/times: Contact supplier to organise Pickup date/time (Full contact details will be provided on Winner's Email)

To collect your purchases please bring a copy of your winner’s e-mail and photo ID. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your winner’s e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting staff to release your purchases to the third party.

Please note:

• GraysOnline accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been picked up from the warehouse.
• Items must be inspected before removal from the site as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
• Any items not collected after the last pick up date may be deemed abandoned and resold or otherwise disposed of, please see our

• Staff members are unable to support you with the loading of your vehicle. You must ensure you arrive with appropriate support to help you load your vehicle and your vehicle is suitable to transport your purchase
• Packaging and collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Delivery is not available for this auction.

Safety Guidelines:

• Children under the age of 15 will not be permitted on site.
• All persons visiting these sites must be wearing fully enclosed shoes, preferably safety boots where possible.

To organize delivery winner's need to contact vendor to get freight amount quote & pay separately to vendor for delivery.

Please kindly make sure to get tracking information (Tracking number & name of courier company) back from vendor because as this is third party delivery service so Grays Online will not be collecting any transport tracking for items in this sale.
