Sydney Metropolitan Area Deliveries

Artwork will be encased in bubble-wrap or rolled into cylinders for delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Deliveries within the Sydney metropolitan Area will be conducted by a GraysOnline driver.

NSW Regional and Interstate Deliveries

Some items may be rolled into cylinders suitable for long distance transport, however the majority of artwork will be encased in bubble-wrap and heavy cardboard. "If an item is glazed, extra packaging may be required to provide increased protection against long distance transport. A small surcharge is added to the delivery cost of some glazed works."

Deliveries will be conducted by a GraysOnline 3rd Party service provider.

We will send you an email notifying you as soon as your items have left our warehouse.

In this email, you will find the name of the courier company and the consignment note number of your item as well as information on tracking the delivery of your item online. Simply follow the link and enter your reference number. You will then be able to quickly and efficiently track the delivery status of your item!

Please Note: Your goods will be delivered to your registered address. Australia Post parcel delivery standards will apply for regional and country areas, as well as commercial buildings.
