A Buyers Premium of 15% applies to all lots purchased in this auction.

BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:

  • Graysonline will not be organising transport of goods. Collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser, please consider this prior to bidding.
  • Inspection of the assets is highly recommended. Bids on assets in this sale should be made based on your inspection and assessment of the goods.
  • Descriptions and photographs should be used as a guide only.
  • If you are unsure do not bid as no refunds will be given.
  • Staff are onsite for security purposes only. Please make sure you have suitable transport and equipment/people to help you load your items.
  • Items must be inspected before removal from site as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.

Product Condition - Please refer to the individual lot description for product condition. Most lots have pictures assigned to them. These should be taken as a guide only. We accept the following methods of Payment:

Credit Card

  • 1% surcharge applies to Mastercard & VISA transactions
  • 2% surcharge applies to American Express & Diners Club transactions

  • Invoices totalling less than $10,000 will be automatically debited from the card nominated within your account
  • Invoices totalling in excess of $10,000 can be paid in-person at any GraysOnline office

  • 1% surcharge applies to PayPal transactions

EFT (Direct Deposit)
  • For invoices totalling in excess of $10,000. Payment must be made in full within two business days of the auction closing.

  • Accepted only when deposited at an Westpac Branch

To collect your purchases please attend the collection address during the times advised with a copy of your winner’s e-mail and photo ID. A copy of your invoice will be on site with staff to assist in documenting the removal process.

If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your winner’s e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting staff to release your purchases to the third party.

Please Note:

  • Packaging and collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery is not available.
  • Any items with a value of $100 or less not collected within 14 Days of the nominated collection times will be deemed abandoned and NO refund will be provided
  • Any items with a value of over $100 not collected within 14 Days of the nominated collection times will incur a daily storage fee of $50 per item per day and/or removal fee which will be payable before collection can take place.
    Should the said items remain uncollected after 28 Days they will be deemed abandoned and NO refund will be provided.
  • Items are sold on an AS IS, WHERE IS BASIS and must be inspected before removal from site as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Collecting / Inspecting customers are asked to adhere to all government outlines and staff directives relating to Social Distancing and the wearing of PPE

  • GraysOnline is working with our customers whilst the COVID-19 situation is present regarding collection of assets, there will be no storage or additional fees charged due to interstate buyers not able to collect their purchases

  • GraysOnline will require social distancing standards to be followed by employees and members of the public.
  • GraysOnline staff are not permitted to handle customers devices or stationery.
  • GraysOnline staff may ask you to wait outside a premises to ensure people numbers do not exceed social distancing requirements.
  • Please maintain a distance of 2 metres between yourself and other people when on site.
  • GraysOnline will not be supplying customers with Hi-Viz vests.
  • GraysOnline staff may ask you to leave site should you display any flu like symptoms.

WH&S

GraysOnline advises all buyers that all plant offered for sale at auction may not be fit for use in a workplace. It is the buyers/owners responsibility to ensure that an operational risk assessment is undertaken, prior to use, and the plant be brought to a condition which complies with relevant State Legislation, Regulations and applicable Codes of Practice.

GraysOnline will provide:

  • Safety information relating to the condition of the item of plant for sale (Plant Hazard Reports)
  • Clear identification and marking to identify that the plant item is only suitable for scrap or spare parts
  • Site Access, PPE and Removal of Plant requirements are listed under the Inspection and Collection Headings.

Please note:

  • Persons under the age of 15 years will not be permitted onsite.
  • Tradespeople eg; electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce the relevant licence before commencing work on site.
  • Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to produce the relevant license before commencing work on site.
  • It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Grays (NSW) Pty Ltd staff or their representatives.
  • Work carried out on this site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
  • All power tools and equipment used on this site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
  • Grays (NSW) Pty Ltd will specify, based on the hazards present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site. (eg; safety footwear, safety eyewear, hard hats etc)
  • The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8metres.
  • Enclosed footwear must be worn onsite – Safety boots may be required at industrial sites.
