Formal expressions of interest in writing are being sought by the Liquidator of the Company by 4pm on Friday the 10th of November 2023. All assets, contracts and undertakings of the Company are available for sale or assignment, subject to consents.

Details of the Company’s business are as follows:

• A well-established Chinese restaurant with a dedicated customer base.
• The terrace-style premises boasts a stunning backyard, creating an inviting atmosphere with a total capacity for over 75 patrons.
• A fully operational and spacious kitchen.
• Existing modern fit-out with quality kitchen equipment and fixtures & fittings.
• Approximately six (6) employees, including two (2) chefs who specialise in crafting authentic Chinese cuisine.
• Situated on the main street of Newtown, with easy access to public transport – multiple bus stops and two (2) train stations.

Prospective Purchasers will need to execute a Non-Disclosure/Non-Compete Agreement and pay a refundable deposit of $500 plus GST to the administrators in order to access the sale/information package, asset listing and available business data
