This is a Delivery auction sale only.
Photos and descriptions should be used as a guide only.
Pickup is not an option for this sale.
Please take care when making a bid as once your bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn and will not be cancelled unless there are exceptional circumstances (as determined by Grays). If you are unsure do not bid as no refunds will be given unless there are exceptional circumstances (as determined by Grays).

- International bidders/buyers/winners are solely responsible for making sure they adhere to and are aware of any import restrictions and custom duties to be completed and paid on entry into their country of residence/destination country before they bid.

GST & Buyers Premium
The GST treatment and Buyers Premium allocation for all lots in this auction are in AUD dollars and are identified in the OVERVIEW section above. Where applicable, GST and Buyers Premium are applied to the final bid price and a detailed breakdown is provided on the CONFIRM BID page.
GST Refund for Exports
To claim a GST refund for an asset that has been exported, you must:
- Notify us of your intent to export within five (5) days of the Sale closing date
- Pay your invoice in full (including any GST)
- Supply proof of export of the asset within 60 days of the invoice payment date. Acceptable documents are a Bill of Lading, Sea Waybill or Air Waybill
- Please note that refund of GST on Buyers Premium (a service) is only available to overseas buyers
Payment
ALL payments are settled in Australian dollars (AUD) only.
We accept the following methods of Payment:
Credit Card
- 1.2% AUD surcharge applies to Mastercard & VISA transactions
- 0.7% AUD surcharge applies to Debit card transactions
- 2.5% AUD surcharge applies to American Express transactions
- No other cards are accepted
- Invoices totalling less than $10,000 AUD will be automatically debited from the card nominated within your account
- Invoices totalling in excess of $10,000 AUD can be paid in-person at any Grays office
PayPal
- 1.2% AUD surcharge applies to PayPal transactions
- Only accepted for invoices totalling less than $10,000 AUD where elected as your preferred payment method within your account
EFT (Direct Deposit)
- For invoices totalling in excess of $10,000 AUD Payment must be made in full within two business days of the auction closing.
- Please ensure to state your invoice number as the payment reference and email proof of the remittance to accountsreceivable@grays.com.au
- As EFT transfers can take up to 2 business days to clear, please contact Grays prior to confirm receipt of clear funds
Cash, Bank Cheques and Personal Cheques are NOT accepted payment methods.

What is Product Condition?
The Condition of each product is stated on its Lot Page, and we strongly urge you to familiarise yourself with the Condition before bidding. This is because Grays sells a wide range of products in a variety of Conditions on behalf of our Vendors.

Online Auction Closing "Going, Going, Gone!"
- Typically, auctions end at their posted closing time. There are some exceptions to this however, if there are any bids placed on a particular lot within 10 minutes of the auction closing time (the "Going, Going, Gone!" period). It will be extended until there are no more bids placed within ten minutes of the last successful bid.
- There is no limit to the number of times an online auction can be extended. This makes Grays work more like a live auction where the bidding does not stop as long as there is still interest in the product, rather than assigning an arbitrary cut-off time. To ensure that you do not get outbid make sure you monitor the auction until you have won the item or enter an "AUTOBID" that you think will win!

Delivery Information
Delivery time frames will depend on your location, ensure to check the shipping calculator to see an estimate of when you can typically expect to receive your goods based on your postcode.
Delivery for this sale includes NZ & Australia addresses except for a few remote areas/territories, please check the shipping calculator to confirm delivery availability and or timeframes.
Your goods will be delivered to your registered address.
We will send you a delivery email only once your invoice has been paid in full. You will then be notified as soon as your items have left our warehouse. In this email, you will find the name of the courier company and the consignment note number of your item(s) as well as information on tracking the delivery of your item online.
