VINIFICATION & WINEMAKING

The 2025 Riverland experienced warm, dry conditions, with steady sunshine and cool nights allowing slow, even fruit ripening. Only brief heat spikes occurred, helping preserve balance and freshness. This resulted in Chardonnay with concentrated fruit flavours and vibrant natural acidity. The grapes were gently crushed, destemmed, chilled, and pressed, then cold-settled to ensure clarity before fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. Fermentation at 12–14°

Fresh and lively, with vibrant citrus, pear, and honeydew melon flavours. Lightly integrated oak adds soft vanilla and a touch of richness, complementing the creamy texture while preserving crisp, refreshing acidity. Silky and balanced, leading to a clean, elegant, and persistent finish.
