Description:

The 2025 vintage began in January and concluded by mid- March. A dry season, with below-average rainfall and some intense heat spells shaped the vintage. Despite this, the grapes ripened evenly, with good flavours. The conditions resulted in concentrated varietal expression and vibrant natural acidity. Chardonnay vines, grown on our limestone soils, delivered fruit with excellent flavour intensity and structure, producing wines

that show fine balance, bright citrus character, and a long, refreshing finish.

COLOUR

Radiant pale straw with a hint of gold.

NOSE

A rich aroma of tropical fruits, zesty citrus, ripe peach and floral frangipani.

PALATE

Lush flavours of melon, pear, apple and pineapple, with fig adding depth. The clean, fresh acidity and light, rounded body provide a robust mouthfeel, leading to a persistent, crisp finish.

FOOD MATCH

Atlantic salmon wrapped in prosciutto, or papaya salad.
