Asset Collection:
All assets must be removed within 14 days of offer acceptance, at times arranged with vendor via Grays.
Site Access:
There is no forklift access. Pallet jacks may be used in some areas, but only with floor protection, which the purchaser must supply and lay along part of the route. Many items will need to be moved by hand or hand trolley.
The route from storage to the kerb is mostly flat walk-out access. There is good kerbside truck parking. A medium to large rigid truck or pantech is recommended. Semi-trailer access is not suitable.
Before removal starts, the purchaser must pay a $1,000 cash damage bond to the building owner. It will be refunded once removal is complete and the premises are left undamaged. The purchaser remains liable for the cost of any damage above the bond amount.
The purchaser is responsible for all labour, equipment, floor protection, transport, insurance and safe work practices during removal. Purchasers should factor removal time, labour and the bond into their offer.
