- Equipment Will Not Get Loaded If Contractors Don’t Have A Copy Of The Authority To Collect Form
- Site Entry Requirements Are As Follows:
- Driver/s Must Report To The Transport Office – Please Make Sure He Uses Designated Walkways
- Driver/s Must Hold A Current High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) With Correct Code (eg. C0, C1, C2, C6, CN, LF, TV, WP, Etc.) For The Equipment They’re Operating
- Driver/s Must Have Adequate Quantity Of 8mm Dogs And Chains For Restraining Equipment
- Each Corner Of An Item Must Be Restrained With Its Own Dog And Chain (ie. 4x Individual Restraints For A Light Tower, Generator, Roller, Scissor, Etc.)
- Due To Safety Concerns Over Fraying And Being Cut Due To Rubbing, Fibre Ratchet Straps Cannot Be Used To Restrain Equipment
- All Drivers MUST Wear The Following PPE (refer Attached Flyer) And Adhere To The 10km/h Speed Limits On Site
- Safety Shoes

- Yellow/Green Hi Vis Vest
- Long Pants And Long Sleeves
