• Collections can only be made once cleared funds are received.
• Purchasers cannot collect until the invoice is fully paid.
• Delivery is not an option for this sale.
• The removal of the goods is the purchaser's responsibility.

What to bring on the day of collection

• To collect your purchases please bring a copy of your winner’s e-mail and photo ID.

Information we require when you send a third party to collect your goods:

• A copy of your winner’s e-mail
• A photocopy of your photo ID
• A signed letter of authority permitting GraysOnline staff to release your purchases to the third party
• Photo ID of the third party

Asset collection dates & times

• Assets must be collected on Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm (excluding public holidays). Collection outside of this date/time is not available.
• Priority appointments Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) - Appointments can only be made by emailing vicpickup@grays.com.au (24 hours notice required).
• Items must be picked up on the days specified within 5 working days from the sale close date.

Where do I go to collect my goods?

• Pick up location: M2 Industrial Park, 140 - 152 National Drive, Dandenong South VIC 3175.

Please Note:

• Customers are responsible for the handling and loading of their own goods.
• GraysOnline accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been collected from the warehouse.
• Items must be inspected before removal from GraysOnline.
• Any items not collected after the last pick up date may be deemed abandoned and resold or otherwise disposed of. Please see our GraysOnline Terms & Conditions for more information.

Occupational Health & Safety Asset Removal and Reuse

GraysOnline warns buyers that all plant offered for sale at Auction may not be fit for use in a workplace. It is the buyers/users responsibility to ensure that it is brought to a state necessary to comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and is fit for purpose.

The cost and responsibility for all aspects of asset removal lies with the buyer. All work carried out by the buyer or his/her agent must be in accordance with relevant site and/or industry conditions as well as to the instructions of GraysOnline Auctions.

A summary of these types of enforceable requirements is as follows:

• Persons under the age of 16 years of age will not be permitted on site unless accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• It is a condition of entry that all visitors comply with any directions given by GraysOnline staff or their representatives.
• It is a condition of entry that all persons conduct themselves in a manner which does not endanger the health and safety of other persons on site, and which does not create a risk to health and safety.
• GraysOnline will specify, according to the hazards and risks assessed as present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site. This may include safety footwear, safety eyewear, hearing protection, head protection, or any other personal protective equipment deemed necessary.

We accept the following methods of Payment:

Credit Card

• 1.5% surcharge applies to Mastercard & VISA transactions
• 2.5% surcharge applies to American Express & Diners Club transactions
• No other cards are accepted
• Invoices totalling less than $10,000 will be automatically debited from the card nominated within your account
• Invoices totalling in excess of $10,000 can be paid in-person at any Grays office

• 1.5% surcharge applies to PayPal transactions
• Only accepted for invoices totalling less than $10,000 where elected as your preferred payment method within your account

• For invoices totalling in excess of $10,000. Payment must be made in full within two business days of the auction closing.
• Please ensure to state your invoice number as the payment reference and email proof of the remittance to accountsreceivable@grays.com.au
• As EFT transfers can take up to 2 business days to clear, please contact Grays prior to collecting your purchase to confirm receipt of clear funds

Cash, Bank Cheques and Personal Cheques are not accepted payment methods.
