Winery Tasting Notes
Seabrook The Triple Threat Barossa Valley Grenache, Shiraz Mataro Blend 2019
Is a delicate, aromatic and pretty wine that combines floral and Dark Berry fruit characters with texture and a soft but spicy finish.
This fruit forward blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Shiraz and 10% Mataro, brings out a peppery but soft floral style of red, with dominant blackberry & Cassis characters with notes of cloves spice and soft subtle tannins.
Seabrook Tiger Moth Montepulciano 2021
Dark and brooding aromatics of glassed cherries, black plums and tanned leather. A savoury & textural wine, the palate provides notes of cherries and mulberries, framed by rich ripe tannins, soft acidity and a long, lingering finish.

Emily May Rose
This delicate Rosé has a lovely pink salmon tint. It is dry and crisp, perfect for any occasion.
Aromas of strawberries, cream, and hints of fresh rose petals.
Flavours of red berries and pink grapefruit.
Crisp and refreshing with no added sugar, as it's perfectly balanced right from the vineyard.
Given its fruity yet delicate profile, this rosé pairs wonderfully with seafood like seared tuna, salmon, or crayfish. It also matches well with lightly cooked meats such as rare lamb. A grazing platter brimming with creamy cheeses would be a perfect accompaniment.
Decibel Viognier 2019
Fresh wafer on the nose with hints of white flower and anise. After opening up brighter floral notes and orange blossom dominate the nose. The palate is crisp with a spicy oiliness driving the midpalate. The finish has a chalky minerality that makes for a lingering flavours for excellent food pairings. There are hints of cinnamon toast, brioche and lemon meringue pie.

Asset Collection
This is a pick up sale. Collection is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Pick up is available by advance booking only once cleared funds are received. Bookings must be made 48 hours prior to pick up date and time.
Collection without a booking is not possible. Please refer to your winner's email for booking information.
Items must be picked up within 10 working days from receipt of payment, or else they may be deemed abandoned.

To collect your purchases please bring a copy of your invoice and photo ID. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your invoice along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.

- Grays accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been picked up from the warehouse.
- Items must be inspected before removal from Grays as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
- Any items not collected after the last pick up date may be deemed abandoned and resold or otherwise disposed of.
