This item is classified as a SECOND and it is sold as SECONDS. With respect to this item, we note that it:

• may have been used and then returned by a customer of the seller (i.e. a used retail return);
• may contain defects and/or faults that may make it unrepairable, defective and/or not capable of use for its intended purpose;
• may not be of acceptable quality or condition;
• may have marks, scratches, dents, imperfections and/or material defects;
• may not have undergone any form of testing;
• the accessories and/or instruction manuals may be missing and/or not included; and
• is likely to not reflect any photos or images which have been included in this lot description. Noting that any such photos or images are of the product in a ‘new’ condition and not in its current seconds condition.
• For the above reasons, seconds usually reach a significantly lower sales price (compared to their recommended retail price) when sold at auction. Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, a refund will not be issued for any undescribed faults, defects, damage or if the item does not work or is unsuitable for its intended purpose.

Collection Notes:

• Collections can only take place once cleared funds have been received.
• Items remaining uncollected after the specified timeframe may be deemed abandoned and disposed of unless prior arrangements have been made with the respective contact listed on the sale.
• Goods will only be released with the correct buyer details being provided (full buyer name, sale number, Lot number and photo ID).
• Asset packaging and removal are the purchaser’s responsibility in the time frame specified for the sale.
• During busy periods, extensive wait time may occur.

Third Party Collection:

If you wish to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, they will need:

• A copy of your Winner's Email.
• A scanned copy of your photo ID.
• A letter signed by you authorising them to collect the goods on your behalf (Please refer to the Third-Party Collection Authorisation template below).
• They will also be required to produce identification and sign for the goods on behalf of buyers acting as the authorised agent.
• Please ensure you review the WHS tab to ensure you have a clear understanding of all safety requirements regarding the collection process.

Grays do not carry manual consignment notes nor complete them for third party carriers. Grays staff will not release the goods unless they carry the appropriate authority.

Please note: Grays are not responsible for the goods once they have been signed for. Problems relating to transportation are the responsibility of the third party acting on your behalf.
