Palate

Montaudon is all about roundness, fruit and easy enjoyment. The palate is soft and generous, bringing ripe apple and white fruit alongside a gentle biscuity note, refreshing acidity and a clean, harmonious finish. Pinot Noir and Meunier give it a lovely fruity backbone, while Chardonnay adds freshness and lift. A very approachable Champagne that feels generous rather than austere—made for celebrations, but just as enjoyable when you simply feel like opening something special.
