Expert Reviews

88 Pts - Wine Orbit

It's gently fragrant on the nose, showing ripe apricot, rockmelon, golden apple, and subtle spice notes, followed by a juicy palate that's rounded and smooth. Fruit-expressive and lingering with a refreshing finish. - Sam Kim.

The warmest of New Zealand’s growing regions with very highsunshine hours, coastal sea breezes and ample seasonal rain which can sometimesbe challenging.

A mixture of clay and silt loam soils spread over river floodplains. Some of the better vineyards are the less fertile, better drained areas closertowards the foothills.
