Appearance:

Deep, opaque crimson with a slight violet hue at the rim. The wine has a youthful, vibrant appearance, hinting at its freshness and bold character.

Nose:

The nose is expressive and layered, with a blend of ripe black fruits—blackberries, plums, and black cherries—interwoven with hints of licorice and dark chocolate. Subtle notes of cracked pepper and clove add complexity, while a touch of sweet vanilla from oak aging lends a smooth, rounded feel. There's also a faint earthy quality, reminiscent of dried herbs and crushed stones, giving the wine a touch of rustic charm.

Palate:

Full-bodied and rich, with a velvety mouthfeel. The dark fruit flavors shine through on the palate, carrying the same blackberry, plum, and cherry notes as on the nose, but now accompanied by a slight hint of smoked meat and a whisper of spice—perhaps cinnamon and nutmeg. The tannins are firm yet well-integrated, providing structure without being overpowering. The acidity is balanced, allowing the fruit to stay vibrant and fresh, while also lending enough lift to the wine. The finish is long and smooth, with a lingering touch of chocolate and a savory, slightly peppery aftertaste.
