PALATE

Medium-bodied with flavours of dark plum, dark cherry and a hint of dark chocolate. Savoury bay leaf and spice notes integrate with fine textural tannins and crisp acidity, giving balance and freshness. The palate is structured yet smooth, finishing with savoury length and a clean acid line.
