Pristine and delicately aromatic, the bouquet shows Granny Smith apple, lime cordial, and

green tea aromas. The finely flowing palate displays linear mouthfeel and elegant texture,

wonderfully framed by racy acidity, making it mouth-watering and persistent. At its best: 2026 to

2033.

This is quite a delicious and fresh citrus-drenched Riesling at $25. Lemon in water, Makrut lime,

citrus blossom, oyster shell minerality. Quite pretty and pure. The palate is juicy and soft with a

glow of residual sugar rounding it out more than making is sweet. It’s also citrus-led with lime

zest, lemon juice, citrus blossom, and a mineral tone. Nice pithy phenolic structure here with a

good burst of acid pushing through the back plate to carry the high-toned citrus through.

AROMA

Perfumed and floral with aromas of citrus blossom, jasmine and kaffir lime.

PALATE

Fresh juicy citrus flavours of meyer lemon and lime with fine natural acidity and delicate minerality. Seamless balance, mouth-watering tension, and lasting intensity.

WINEMAKING

Cold harvested at night. Following a brief period of skin contact the grapes are carefully pressed using fully protective handling to avoid oxidation.

This preserves naturally vibrant varietal aromas and flavours. Juice is racked off solids and fermented slowly at cool temperatures in stainless steel to enhance freshness. Bottled under screw cap.

Kreglinger, founded in 1797 by brothers George and Christian Kreglinger, is a family company, which holds registration number one recorded in Antwerp. The family's group of companies extended to Australia, establishing Kreglinger Australia in 1893.

In 2000, Kreglinger (Australia) Pty Ltd diversified into wine production and marketing with the establishment of Norfolk Rise Vineyard and winery at Mount Benson in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia and the following year took majority ownership of the Pipers Brook Winery.

Kreglinger Wine Estates, the producers of the internationally acclaimed Pipers Brook Vineyard, Ninth Island and Kreglinger wines has a history that encompasses over 30 years as a modern pioneer and leader of the Tasmanian fine wine industry.
