A dry winter and early spring in 2024 resulted in early budburst and flowering. Pre-Christmas rains enhanced flavour concentration, while stable harvest conditions delivered balanced fruit. Grapes were gently

crushed and destemmed with a must chiller to retain aromatics before pressing into refrigerated stainless steel. After five days of settling, clear juice was racked off lees, inoculated, and fermented at 12–14°C to preserve citrus precision. The wine was then heat and cold stabilised prior to packaging.
