Winery Tasting Notes

On opening the wine presents with a pale straw colour, very fine bead and persistent mousse. Aromas of strawberry, nashi pear and sourdough feature alongside a savoury pie-crust note. Red apple, cherry, baked quince and red fruit flavours abound with soft, lingering acidity. The palate shows fine bubbles and creamy texture, with Pinot Noir elements in full display.
